Failure to comply with the above mandatory requirements may result in you not being allowed to obtain your rental and no refund will be given. In the event of inclement weather or water conditions prevents you from participating in the activity, at your request, Pier 60 Parasailing will use commercially reasonable efforts to move you to a different location or reschedule.
